Cylient is a professional services firm that makes change happen. Pioneers in the area of coaching-based development, Cylient helps individuals, teams and organizations translate good intentions into tangible results. We help people and organizations become more focused, resourceful and generative so they can respond quickly and creatively to the challenges of our complex times.
Cylient was formed in 2005 when husband and wife team Merrill and Dianna Anderson joined their respective companies, MetrixGlobal (founded 2001) and Lydian (founded 1995) together, shortly after co-authoring Coaching that Counts. They continue to explore how to expand the impact of coaching-based change, through their groundbreaking research and innovative use of coaching approaches in organizations.
