This highly interactive and powerful workshop provides participants with the tools and approaches needed to conduct highly effective coaching conversations whenever and wherever learning opportunities arise.   Coaching in the Moment can be delivered as a one-day or one-and-a-half day workshop.

Coaching in the Moment features the Untying the Knot™ model for conducting coaching conversations. This simple, yet powerful approach provides an intuitive guide for conducting coaching conversations, which resonates deeply with people at all levels of the organization.

Professionally recorded listening exercises are integrated throughout the Coaching in the Moment workshop enabling participants to hear how coaching approaches can be successfully applied to real world situations.  Leaders as different levels of the organization face different kinds of challenges.  To enhance the application of coaching skills at different levels of the organization we offer specialized listening exercises for the following audiences:

• First line supervisors
• Mid-level managers
• Senior leaders
• HR / Learning / OD professionals

The listening exercises can be customized to meet the needs of specific audiences in your organization, such as sales people or senior leadership teams, by integrating the unique language and business challenges of your organization into the recordings.

As a result of the Coaching in the Moment™ learning experience, participants are able to:
