Coaching Support Following Workshops

It is highly recommended that participants in the Coaching in the Moment™ and Leading with InsightŪ workshops receive coaching support following the workshops to enhance the application of new coaching approaches in the work environment.

Group Coaching

Group coaching participants meet by teleconference to share their experiences, receive coaching, and support each other in successfully applying what they have learned in the workshops. Group coaching calls provide an excellent forum for sharing insights, tracking progress, and building a network of support.

Individual Coaching

Participants who receive individual coaching will work with a Cylient coach in person or by telephone. Individual coaching affords the participants the opportunity to experience effective coaching conversations first hand. Working individually with a coach allows the person to focus on specific areas of development and monitor progress over time. A full coaching engagement consists of a review of background information, a two-hour intake session with a Cylient coach, the development of comprehensive coaching goals and ongoing coaching by telephone to achieve the stated goals.
