Individual Leadership Coaching Engagements
Individual leadership coaching engagements are typically six months to one year in length with a focus on realizing the potential of the coaching client. Coaching is conducted through a combination of in-person and telephone conversations.
Who Benefits Most From Coaching?
Coaching engagements return the greatest value for individuals and organizations when coaching is provided to leaders with the most potential to impact the business and the development of others. Using coaching for strictly remedial situations is not recommended, unless there is significant support for retaining the skills and capabilities of the leader involved.
