Leading with Insight® for Leaders and Managers Workshop

This one-day or two-day workshop enables leaders to more deeply integrate coaching into their leadership styles and utilize coaching in the on-going development of others.  Coaching in the Moment™ is a pre-requisite for this workshop.

This workshop is intended for leaders and managers who need to take a coaching approach to developing others and more firmly engrain coaching in their leadership styles.  Each workshop is customized to the needs and requirements of the specific audience.  Participants learn how to recognize patterns of behavior and create development paths to help others realize more of their potential.

As a result of the Leading with Insight® for Leaders and Managers learning experience, participants are able to:

• Recognize patterns of behavior that can limit development
• Use coaching approaches to engage people in their own development
• Understand how to sequence development to build capabilities in others
• More deeply engrain coaching as part of their leadership styles

It is highly recommended that Leading with Insight® for Leaders and Managers workshop participants receive additional coaching support following the workshop to enhance their abilities to apply coaching approaches in their work environment.
