Cylient creates learning experiences to enhance the effectiveness of intact teams. Through the application of coaching approaches, teams gain insight into dynamics that can reduce team effectiveness, and learn new approaches for working together more effectively. Our engagements are customized to meet the needs of your team. These engagements can include background interviewing for the team, individual coaching for team members, training in coaching approaches and "in the moment" coaching support during team meetings.
