Cylient Corporate Coach Certification
Develop Fully Qualified Internal Coaches
This eight-month program prepares participants to be internal coaches capable of conducting impactful individual coaching engagements. Participants learn how to use Cylient’s structured, research-based approach to coaching.
The program consists of four two-day workshops with interim assignments and other activities including being coached, coaching others, reading and written assignments. Participation in Coaching in the Moment® is a prerequisite.
The program consists of three simultaneous tracks:
- The Coaching Process, which builds understanding and skills in initiating, managing and concluding coaching engagements.
- Coaching Approaches and Skills, which concentrates on building competence and confidence, in using coaching approaches in longer-term developmental coaching engagements.
- Being a Coach, which enables participants to advance their own development as a coach and as a person. As an option, participants may participate in a 360-assessment and feedback. All participants receive coaching from a Cylient coach.
The workshops feature extensive skill-building and practice sessions that prepare participants to be effective coaches with demonstrable competence in:
- Entering into the appropriate type of coaching engagement
- Effectively on-boarding clients
- Crafting insightful, structured coaching goals
- Effectively using coaching approaches
- Creating dynamic tension through storytelling
- Working effectively with client managers and stakeholders
- Concluding the coaching engagement
