Why the Questions We Ask and Answer Really Matter (Episode 6 of “How Do I Lead Now?”)
In Episode 6 of our Video Coaching Series: “How Do I Lead Now?” Cylient CEO and Master Certified Coach Dianna Anderson talks about why the questions that we ask and answer for ourselves really matter.
Last week, Dianna talked about how fear can be personal to you. This week, she talks through three areas that you should give thought to for how the company you represent can thrive in the world that is emerging around us.
Reflection Questions
Watch the video for more details on the questions that might show up for you. Then, before making a decision (big or small!), think about the questions that are perhaps broader that you need to ask and answer for yourself. Some questions might be:
- What does whatever I’m about to do say about who I am and the company that I represent?
- Will I be proud of this decision and of my company in the future?
- Who do we need to have in this conversation?
Comment below with your insights, reflections or questions you may have for Dianna.
