A Dialogue with Dianna Anderson and Caltha Seymour

Setting people up to win is a theme that runs through Caltha Seymour’s life. Whether she is collaborating with business leaders to support inclusion and diversity strategies at Eaton Corporation, podcasting to help elite athletes address the unique challenges they face, or any other of her many endeavors, Caltha’s intention is to support people to compete at their highest level to win. In this dialogue, Dianna and Caltha talk about:

Caltha Seymour is the Global Senior Manager of Inclusion and Diversity for Eaton Corporation, a global power management company. She is responsible for advancing a culture of inclusion and increasing diverse representation at all levels of the organization. Originally from Canada, Caltha is in her fifth year working for Eaton and is a 2018 graduate of Eaton’s Global Leadership Development Program. She’s held positions managing new product development, including a role as a cross-functional project leader for Eaton’s $2.5B commercial vehicle product line. Most recently, she was the first National Channel Manager for the Industrial Control Division where she was responsible for developing and executing distribution channel partner sales and marketing strategic initiatives, including programs to cultivate sales growth and increase profitability. Prior to joining Eaton, Caltha leveraged her leaderships skills in operations and consulting positions for institutions of higher education and professional sports, including the National Football League and the United States Military Academy—West Point. Caltha earned a Global MBA in International Business & Finance from Tulane University with experiences in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. She is a former elite track and field athlete, classically trained pianist, with French as a second language, and currently serves on the Genasys Inc & AthLife Foundation Board of Directors. Caltha is also an Advisory Board member for the Fox and the Command Presence Foundations. She has a personal project supporting elite athletes on their quest to the Olympic Games in Paris 2024 called Heaven to the Yeah (@heaventotheyeah).
