Welcome to the New Cylient Website!

Cylient Human Beans

If you’re reading this blog post, you probably noticed something different—our new Cylient website has a whole new look. Besides creating a great user experience for our visitors and adding more useful design elements, we wanted to be clear about our mission: we want to make coaching a way of life for the world.

When I first started coaching in the early ‘90s, I realized that I was coaching most of my clients to do the same thing: to take a coaching approach to their day-to-day challenges and disconnects with others. Only then could I see and feel the power how coaching drained the power of fear. Now that we have the skills and system in place to share the true essence of coaching with everyone, we’re hoping to make “in the moment” coaching a way of life for the world.

When you browse our updated website, you’ll find many more resources to learn about “in the moment” coaching and feedback, including:

  • Articles and blogs written by Cylient CEO Dianna Anderson
  • Short, digestible videos on coaching cultures and coaching concepts
  • Cylient’s “Human Beans,” who are helping explain some of these coaching approaches
  • A video on how The Cylient System works
  • And much, much more.

If you ever have comments or suggestions, don’t hesitate to reach out. We love to collaborate and are happy to answer your questions. Just email info@cylient.com or visit our Contact Us page, and we’ll get back to you.

And as our website updates and improves, so do we. We’re here to collaborate, innovate and create new ways of thinking, and then share those ideas with you. This is just another step toward our vision of making coaching a way of life for the world.
