How do we get started?
Set up time with Cylient to discuss options for bringing Untying the Knot to your organization. We're happy to provide overviews of our work, discuss how to craft impactful pilots, and build momentum for Untying the Knot within your organization.

How is the learning reinforced?
Each workshop includes reinforcement activities that participants complete between sessions. These activities help deepen understanding and create opportunities to practice new skills in real-world situations.

How is this different from other leadership training?
We create experiences where people discover insights for themselves—through carefully designed listening exercises where participants hear recorded conversations, identify what's working and what's not, and recognize patterns in their own thinking. These "aha moments" are personal, powerful, and immediately applicable. Leaders leave each session ready to use what they've learned that same day.

Is train-the-trainer available?
Yes! Virtual certification is offered for internal facilitators and champions—people who lead reinforcement activities and build learning communities within organizations. We do not offer certification for independent facilitators.

What delivery methods are available?
All workshops are virtual, instructor-led, although in-person delivery is also possible. Train-the-trainer certification is available for organizations wanting to build internal capability.

Can we take workshops out of order or skip some?
No. Like learning a language, the workshops must be taken in sequence. Each one builds upon the previous, weaving additional layers of understanding and skill.

Can we start with just one workshop?
Yes. Each workshop is offered separately, so there's no need to commit to the full learning path upfront. The workshops do need to be taken in order, though.

Who is this learning path for?
Untying the Knot is a universal approach and language that works in all industries, at all levels of an organization. The learning experience adapts to the learners in the workshops because participants identify the "knots" that they experience every day. Senior leaders may have different knots than the operations team or front-line workers, yet they will all learn a common language they can use to talk about overlapping challenges.
